Terms of Use

Updated September 23, 2026

Fifteen Minutes connects two people for one fifteen-minute voice conversation. By signing in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be 18 or older

The app is for adults. You confirm you are at least 18 years old when you sign in.

There is no tolerance for abusive behavior or objectionable content

This is a place to be heard. While using Fifteen Minutes you agree never to:

We do not tolerate any of this. Accounts that break these rules are removed.

How we enforce this

After every call, either person can report what happened and block the other person permanently. We read every report.

We act on reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior within 24 hours. Acting means suspending or permanently banning the account responsible, and, where a report involves anything stored in the app, removing it. A banned person cannot sign in or be matched again, and we may block their email from creating another account.

We may also end a call, limit an account, or remove someone from the community at our discretion, without notice, if we believe they are putting other people at risk.

What you can expect from the app

Conversations are voice only. They are live, peer to peer, and never recorded by us, so nothing you say is stored or can be replayed by us or anyone else. You can leave any call at any time with one tap, and every call closes itself at fifteen minutes. Anything you record for yourself while waiting stays on your own device.

Your account

Membership is by invitation. Keep your invite code to people you would vouch for. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the home screen, which removes your personal information immediately.

Reporting a problem, and reaching us

To report abuse, objectionable behavior, or anything else, use the report step after a call, or write to hello@fifteenminutes.app. We answer reports within 24 hours.

If you are in danger, please contact your local emergency services. If you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988.

The ordinary legal parts

Fifteen Minutes is offered as is, without warranties. We are not responsible for what another person says to you, though we will act on reports as described above. We may change these terms; if we change them in a meaningful way, we will say so in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
